Ne bis in idem
The research is in the field of criminal law, on the application of the European Court of Human Rights of Article 4 of Protocol no. 7, e.g. the ne bis idem rule of the of European Convention on Human Rights. The application of the rule in other court systems is also viewed, f.ex. in European law and American/U.S. law.
